I got a Sup Vigor yesterday from the Ettins outside Hot Springs while I was farming for feathers in normal mode - only one I ever had in 5 years...

if you have more than one hard drive it could be one of the others is faulty, or maybe a card reader, usb memory stick etc when you say...
