My first screenie was accidental, My L18 monk using a half healing/curse/smiting build of some sort. Bit crazy. Dont have it on this comp though =/.
Next time, sell some SOJs to the merch in TOA before you kill him. UBAR GW3N appears after Rotscale dies and you can get the SOOPAR Anihilus charm.
I use a super spam bot that logs onto 5 accounts to spam both rapidly.

I think you should be able to purchase it on any char, after activating it on any character in cantha. My L12 ele has to put it in regular storage...

YOu all must have crap computers. Every 10 or so updates people start complaining about not being able to connnect. I've never had this happen.
