Am I allowed to bump threads here if noone has replied in quite a while?

After a long break, I'm back here playing GuildWars. I have a warrior (core character which I will take everywhere) and some minor characters....

I'm having problems with the Consulate Docks mission, I'm a lvl 15 P/W who uses henchies and heroes mostly. Everything usually goes good...

If I were to travel to Lion's Arch from Kamadan will I be able to explore and complete all the Tyrian missions and quests or only the missions...

To who do you need to talk to kill the monsters needed for the lightbringer ranks? Oh and when will they start appearing?

At the moment, I only know about Istani and Sunspear armour.

Yes, I know they can go to Cantha but can they also do the Cantha missions or just walk around?
