I don't get it. Something tells me you loaded up the wrong game. Clicking the Sims2 icon would help.
How does this counter PvP balance again? What if I have fun without any PvE-only skills? Can I promote for the complete extinction of those skills?

Weapon swapping helps you do bigger damage as a warrior. When you hit other warriors, they have +physical armor, so you want an elemental weapon....
Cunning needs lower recharge, but I'm not sure I like the next X..Y attacks, since it pretty much sets it up to be a spike skill.
