I wouldn't know PvE wise but Melandru Grenth Dwayna/lyssa TBH I don't like lyssa... the damage is very conditionnal and you waste skill...

Erm with Aotl you can easily use vigor runes, it's not like 10hp more to sac is hard to heal. On normal MMs though I agree.

The only advantage it have is that it goes through block and blind.

I was not debating about its usage on a warrior, just commenting the "only hit for 20dmg".

Note that using deep freeze even at low spec still grants you 10sec of 90% reduced movement speed. In AB I saw a warrior use savannah heat, liquid...
