UW IMO, depending on your proffession it can take 15-40mins a run. Maximum amount of ectos i've got on a run is 4, in a 25min run. Also...
It's too much of a faff to maintain shadow form with arcane echo... In the meantime if you wanna have abit of fun having a 25sec shadow form...
