I didn't actually get bothered by this server dropout. I have YIM so I could still talk to my girl and this thread was full of laughs.

I think they only drop from bosses.

I think Yuna might have had it right. They might be adding new store items, seems their store is really really buggy. BTW this thread is hilarious.
