Since it's nothing local (in the home) it's either the ISP or, as usual, Anet.

No issues with Firefox here at all, even the alphas and betas. Try doing a clean install and remove your old profiles.

Only one I've never heard of is Shiira. All of those listed aren't that great anyways.

If you two are having the same sort of issues and have the same ISP, then it's most likely the ISP.
