While I've never tried it, I doubt you'd have any issues (possible minor speed loss).
Might be an external problem, contact your ISP and have them look into it.
Unplug both for approximately 30 seconds, then plug them back in.
Bootcamp and Parallels is all else I can think of, but they most likely need Intel as well.
Any hardware or software firewalls running? Also, do you use any anti-malware programs or virus scanners?
It may be worth trying Firefox temporarily to see if it's limited to IE.
