Except avast doesn't have popups, Avira on the other hand does.

Pick up my Anti-Malware Toolkit and get the package that matches your OS, then post your HijackThis log.

Get avast, which IS a virus scanner. Malwarebytes is an anti-malware scanner, not an anti-virus. These two will not conflict with each other....
