ya id be good with that, but blinking woul be really annoying, its hard to not see if its recharging or in effect as the bar would go the other...

ok i like it, but it shoul dbe an elite skill and you would still need comfort and Charm. Only way i see it would even be considered. Trusting...

if you made it a 5 min recast ppl would just use glyph or renewal. no real point...

I like it, but i think they should only be at a lvl were you get 100 att. points to max ONE element, (somewhere around lvl 13 or 14..) to make it...

i pity you. i really do. and i dont like to say it either. Havent they already said no to races? isnt this all about being equal, hint the lvl 20...

um.... 19-30 damage, +45 +15% armor penetration.... lets use a bow because thats somewhat kinda similar. 15-28 damage, i beleive the max is +22...
