The value would be too high for armor dropped in the Northern Shiverpeaks. I'm assuming the value reflects the area even on chest drops, but...

Consider that it's white and has low value and armor.

I was a bit surprised after seeing this drop. A cookie for whoever can tell what dropped it.

Would be even cooler if my mini-me would have an extremely mini ranger pet too.
