That would be cool like a 1k fee for your supplies required for your dangerous mission. It would be called Infiltrate/Sabotage.

I'm not sure about things added to the HoM, i think you still gotta add the retail key for it to count in GW2.

You basically turn lvl 20 while in GW:EN, not permanently though.
