ANet will be placing an NPC into the game to update armor and weapons such as Drago's bow. There is no set date as to when this will happen...

One of the guards in the marketplace has a quest called Chaos in Kryta. Take the quest and head for kryta.

Boy it would be nice if people actually read things, such as the warnings when you change your area, the update notes on the guildwars site, etc....
