bugger i thought it would be good as it is still max dmg low req and rare skin?

ok heres the stats Icy Longbow -( feathery skin ) ice dmg 15-28 req 8 marksmanship dmg+19% while health below 50% thats it it hasnt got good mods...

how long will it take? or is it done by how many enemies are killed by you in other places?

i farm the ice tooth cave minotaurs (and this is not a thread about how shitty the spot is i can make 6k an hour which is good enough for me =P)...
