I think is not "integrated" to game, it's just a tool like TS or Vent, but from NSoft. Maybe part of "PlayNC Launcher" tool.

The title will be perfect for me. But if added, it must show in 1 year characters too. Veteran (1) / 1 year. Fierce Veteran (2) / 2 years. Mighty...

I can only think in two things: Corruption on your hard disk and/or GW files, or some kind of incompatibility of your PC with particular texture...
