Assuming you can get it. It's probably a hard mode Kanaxai/Urgoz drop or something like that
Searing Flames + "They're On Fire!" is nice, both good offense and defense.
They drop in the Domain of Fear, from the dryders and their friends.

Done it, splitting up is the key. You need 2 groups of 4 that can handle a few demons.
I am fairly sure I found the Jug in The Ruptured Heart, close to that bit of sulfur in the north. Perhaps they have more than one spawn location?
