I think the only thing that's even come close to GW's format has been Fury. Aside from that, you're out of luck. For me personally...

I'm largely against selling things that impact your gameplay other than through aesthetics. I have no problems with selling "costumes"...

We keep seeing FOTM after FOTM because, as has been said, there's too many variables for ANet to fully take into account. The system exists...
