Bad skillbar. Is that what you want to hear? It adds nothing to the team but some mediocre damage. No ias on a skillbar instantly makes it bad.

I usually stick to full centurion or full survivor for pvp. Not ever should you need more than 25 energy imo.

Sell it. Get Warriors Endurance as elite for W/D scythe. Wounding Strike is ok, but a warrior can't keep up with the energy since you want to...
