I have to disagree, in PvP +armor is always the best you can get (ever wonder why every monk runs disciples?) So even on your scythe go for +5...

prot bond was nice, espacially since you didnt need an elite to solo uw, no dying nightmares and no aoe scatter however, you where kinda limited...

you dont need a gm to get back stuff you merched, you could just have a buy back option at the trader.
