I just saw a message in-game that said "War 14196" in blue letters. Does it mean anything? And did anyone else see it?

put a penalty on a weapon that does 5-7 damage?

Specs for windborne speed(for those who don't know): Cast time = 1 Cool down = 5 energy = 10 length = 5-9 seconds my main complaint about this...

like said before, the people in random arent 100% the best people to pvp, which means you can get a lot of kills, even if 20 faction points per...

I target mesmers because i never know if they're going anti-caster or anti-warrior, and it doesnt really matter which set of skills...

i think its because they're trying it out, faction points that is. I'm not sure though, i just heard that as a rumor, which as we all know...

you do know that PvE characters can access the PvP areas right?
