Pull it down as soon as you run out of energy. It can still be very useful, especially if you're using 5en spammables.

Seven would be a better number - one for each primary profession and a slot for a PvP character.

You can easily find everything that can be found in the Underworld and the Fissure elsewhere, the drop rates are just higher in those places....
