I sold an almost identical one (only it was Divine Favor) for 50k. IMO since its Rit and less popular of a class try for around 40K

Yep agree with the greens. The only way it would be 100k + is if it were EXACTLY perfect. Then I'd consider that. The way it is now 40-60k is...
