I agree chev. PVP chars have the ability to mix and match mods to their liking. We as pve chars don't have that luxury.

It's a nice idea but its not practical and doesn't really make sense in gw.

dude morrowind sucked anyway. THat game was the most boring rpg I have ever played. Textures were horrible, gameplay slow and sluggish, need I go on?

I'm posting a suggestion, not whining. My suggestion would make faction useful (to some degree) to pve players as well as end the ridiculously...

I could swear I got skill points for bonuses... Hmm I'll do one and pay closer attention.
