3rd and 4th seem overpowered IMO.
I agree with the Paragon thing. It just seems to be too much better than a bow. Faster refire, near-same damage, etc...but...it's ONE HANDED....
Monk is always nice for a secondary for better self heals, Prot Spirit, etc... Yes, you need to go back to Senjis.
