Agreed on the Outcast. Took me ages to find all req9 20/10 versions.
I don't think the Staff is High End Material. But ye, put it in sale and see where it goes. Maybe 50k.

If you mean it has req Death Magic and HCT Blood Magic, then I don't think you will find a buyer for it. Mixed Attribute Staves don't...
If you just want a 20/10 version req9 should be in the 25-45k-range req10 maybe 10-15k req11-13 10k or lower 20/20 will be more expensive and A...
req9 would be 5-10k... I don't think anyone will pay more than a few k for req10+ I'd merch it.
