1. signet of midnight is a touch signet. But if you were asking broadly, look up the signet and it will be ranged unless stated. 2. no 3. no 4....

it's a six second hex... just wait it out, waste of energy and signet recharge trying to remove diversion, and it still gets diverted, lol....

I didn't think there was a problem with the elemental mantras, but they've gone done and up the energy gain to 2... so im really happy now^^
