Not sure what this 1+1+3+1 stuff is for. Runes of the same kind don't stack so you can't have four minor runes of swordsmanship to get +4...

Exactly what Aeon said. Ever notice that lvl 28+ monsters are constantly healing even when they are not using any skills and are bing attacked.
