30k is about right. Not 80k, the upgrades are just little bits away from perfect, and therefore are considered crap by the vast majority of people

If you are selling it to a fire magic user, Req. shouldn't matter, they should have high fire magic. Only nubz and collectors worry about req.

Not sure about price, but max mod is -5 (20%) Anyway, watch your bumps, make them more than 1 minute apart
