I'd have to saymuch more than 5k. considering that -9dmg to peircing sold for 250k this could certainly sell for a lot more than 5k. also...

to know the price we need to know what skills have 19% recharge (19% on all staves has been nerfed out i beleive) at it's current status and...

I'd say it'd be somewhere in the 20+k range, considering that the mods alone (+1 to curse and +3 energy) are worth 20k on their own
