I used this method with a couple of changes to the skill set and it worked great. I raised my pet from level 8 to level 19 Dire in about 3 hours.

Funny that people are selling them for 1k when you could buy the prizes for 375gp.

If you are in a party that completes it, you get credit for it. It doesn't matter if it was a party of henchies or a party of humans.
