QZ and EW do wonders when trapping, when you are in a party try to make it so everyone brings another spirit. Also Whirling Defense is good for this.

I did this with my level 13 Mo/W by taking frenzy only and just hit him with a sword, and all my skill points on swords.

Amazing, I can take on 9+ Mountain trolls with this, stil dying in the UW though.
