I made it fine, but then again...most runners dont use the dime a dozen builds they used too get one of those new runs, the ones that stop at war camp

you could combo illusion of haste with itself, since it removes haste and lasts longer than its recharge... so the onlyway you dont get a running...

I had a sup one in beta....they were taken out (correct me if im wrong) the second to last beta they were ever so useful, i think every class...

Just because there are a select few counters, that doesnt stop it from being overpowered. It got a boost before release...and it was overpowered...

If it was a bug, they would have taken care of it by now...people have known since early beta
