I just did a FoW clear in NM last week with a friend (2 man 6 hero). He got 7 shards total, I got 2. Little annoying seeing the 5th shard drop...

One by one, definitely. Hit all the charr in nolani with barrage a few times, I get 3 or so drops maybe. Kill them individually, and the drop rate...
