i wouldnt say that it doesnt exist. i know for a fact i ran into a collector with a staff that had: -10% damage -10% damage +10% attack speed it...

i myself use cyan colored collector items. btw the req on a weapon does not mean a thing. if you meet the req you are going to do the same damage...

@coldslammer wrong. again, the server tells the client whats right and wrong...it doesnt work the other way around. it doesnt matter what you send...
