In Arborstone I maintained CD for more then 1 minute a go, and as it recharges in 30 secs, I could launch it again as soon as it was over...

It's nice when you're waiting for the chain to charge, or for ex. have yor lead disabled...

Furtunately I don't have that problem, and when it arises it's still not that bad, becouse i made a habit of precache-ing skills/spells,...
