I am really not sure why ANET doesn't police these areas....I mean come on we know they have GM's that can "mute" a...

although i beleive it unlocks them for PVP...(hero skills that is)

yeah I posted about this in the Q&A area...seems its random....although I can now access the site from home and work...at work I no longer...

no clue i never was able to reach from work...but now that i am home i can get it fine...must be a routing issue somewhere ...oh well :P
