Well think of yourself as lucky cap was 10k and now can be increased, if you want a higher cap go get some new pvp titles.

Dont flame me because i agree something needs to be done because there is no way to remove shouts and they have no cast time which is overpowered...
Most long time players know the recharge and cast time of every skill which makes it easier all you need is practice, practice and more practice....
