A wammo is the same as a loladin in WoW. It's more a state of mind than the actual class/profession.

I think this has been beaten to death so many times but it's all about luck (meaning it's random) so basically... "It's you".

If you do *everything* you should be around level 17, I don't think you can get higher from just quests/missions.
