It's happened to me too, in Ascalon City. It's just a case of "Warp lag", where you computer is >kinda< ahead of the server....

You can't. You can only see who in your guild or your friends list is on.
This is going to make "sell or salv" decisions more of a headache. Do I salv the inscription? Do I salv the whole weapon for materials?...
Strength is also a factor in damage dealt by Warriors. For each point, Strength will apply so much armour penetration (How much armour to ignore)...
