Charr slaying mods aren't that useless for PvE in hard mode. With the small party sizes around Old Ascalon every bit counts.

There is a difference between staying competitive and getting the most out of the game. Aren't there PvP-only skill-packs or something similar?
I would think that when the reapplication does not 'pass' a weapon modifier - and my guess it is the victims weapon that counts - there...
