Yeah- when I said 23 FPS, I was stating my high point If I go into 1st person, and look at the ground in my guild hall, then I can hit 23......

Seriously... Ever since I first logged into GW on this computer, I can never get any higher than 23 FPS... My specs: CPU AMD Athlon 64 Processor...
