60 is the basic +10 Physical +5 Elemental then regular + xx energy
From my experience and this post flatbow and longbow have the same range. But flatbow has a faster refire rate....

It took me about 10 times untill he appeared. FYI he raises his budies so be prepared, but I was able to do it with henchies
