It was hard to take screenshot right time because it is so fast projectile. Dervish's pre-release weapon works right with flare.

I got my pre-release pack automatically after ordering Nightfall CE.
When I field that preorder spear and use Flare. Elementalist shoot Flare with spear model.
Feature probably got cutted so they made it mostly visual thing.
