think my earth ele's use ward against melee ebon hawk stoning eruption unsteady ground/sandstorm gole earth attunment res works pretty well...

people dont use gyph of ele power because theres better things to put in that slot, or atleast something less boring. wont stack with gole either....

the sunspear title is ok, u can get it to a decent level with just a few quests, and story progression. lightbringer title is basicaly a farming...

fallback is pretty sweet for running, if your taking heros on your chest runs

you could stick them on any build for axe, i use cyclone axe, tripple chop, dismember, exicutioners, then optional stuff like WY/flail
