I know of 2 orders: Order of pain and Order of vampire If i use them both (15 each) will they cause 30 dmg or still 15?

it should be,but i guess answer is because this is general?

Why ranger teams of players ask for order necros when order of vampire works only for physical dmg,and ranger deal ranged not physical?
