Set the golems to melee, let them die around the disc so they body block him. Then aoe him and or shut him down.

Any skills unlocked on your account (skills a pvp char can use) are available for your heroes.

You can look in the price check forums. Since its tactics I would personally pay maybe 5-8k for it.
