You would still have to go through the game to rank up your pve skills. Just do the quests to get them + raising your title.

the lowest req for MAX inscrip weapons is req8 so you would be looking for a req7 15AL shield. They are also known as Imbagon shields. You can buy...

Yes that is where you get inscrip zodiac weapons. You can buy req9s for under 50k.

for earth tormentors you shouldn't be near the caster group so it kills all them first. For the monk you don't need to kill the pulled...
