I live in rochester, not too far from Canada, and I'm constantly getting err 5's as well.

i just capped QS yesterday, been figuring out a good build and apparently, as the above poster said, kindle arrow is better than ignite.

It's tough to find a +5 energy bow, but I managed to find a shortbow with +5 energy. Think the req's 9 or 10.
