Not max damage, unpopular damage mod. Salvage the upgrades, possibly the armour one first, and merch it if it survives.
Mixed stats will make this drop in value. A tactics req shield with a +str mod isn't as desirable as it could be.
Meh, so use a +energy wand/focus set. Isn't like he's going for weapon damage with that loadout anyway. Keep in mind GftE is only useful...
